I’m stoked you are here! I live in San Jose, California with my partner, Taylor, and puppy, Mila.

After dealing with gut inflammation, being overweight, low energy levels, brain fog and headaches, I was seeking Holistic wellness solutions that would help me in my journey to realize true health.
